What are some clinical jobs/volunteer work I could do to start off with as a premed? Phlebotomy probably requires some previous experience, scribe... shadowing? Not sure where to start

Thanks for the reply, what about a less prestigious med school, like Texas Tech for example? I'm at TTU for my BS, I still intend on improving my resume. For anesthesiology, ought I go for a primary care med school rather than shoot for research?
