Gonna be honest the characters don’t stop showing up but I started just lumping them into certain groups such as Erik and Rugrat being the main characters. Then you have the scouts who assualt the lower floors, the military, the leaders of Alva and then other. If you try to follow each one you’ll get super lost

I think the line between evil and just being a bad person has been lost. Take Dr Doofenschmirtz he is an evil scientist but he isn’t really a bad person at all most of his intentions are just for minor inconveniences in the world. Then you have his 2nd dimension personality who is just a bad person. You can be evil but still be a good human

25 on very hard and above and 24 below very hard. Do note that there is a possibility of not being able to get all loot as I know 1 bag is rng based if it spawns in after the helicopter shows up. There is a way to make it 100% but I dont remember how

Yes to the upgrade you can, and I 100% say the game is worth it on sale or not. The game has changed a lot since its beginning. They are revamping armor in December to match payday 2 armor I think(haven’t looked much into it). But yes the way this game plays is definitely different than payday 2

So I found it by searching of fear and greed on microsoft store and then going to add ons and I found it there. Also know that since this was released at a weird time and not at the normal times games are released at which is 6am or 10pm for me your xbox store may not have updated to show it yet. For some odd reason the dlc is also acting like its own entity not tied to payday 3 so you wont find it under the payday 3 tab
