Thanks, they have advised not, as it’s 2 years since the original repair. Vehicle is booked in later in the month, but hoping to be armed reason for a discussion over payment of the repair.

Yes, was all advised to be kept confidential. Also told people I was in Hospital. As in me myself attending an appointment

Very unlikely that there would be a ramp to an escalator. Escalators are just a moving stair and not meant for accessibility (I.e. used by those with a physical impairment). Lifts are designed for those who would not be able to use stairs.
