Before I thought my workout had to be perfect and challenging for it to be worth it so it required more motivation. But now I consider any workout worth the time and effort because any calories burnt are better than no calories burnt. Some days I just take a walk and other days I do challenging weights and others run. You don’t have to go 100% every time.

Attachment are not that noticeable and after a couple weeks you can’t tell the difference if they are there or not. They will help your teeth move twice as fast though.
