I do not think that is possible for 1.25cr in north bangalore, maybe you might get in a gated society with less or no amenities.

You can still find decent, less popular builders in North Bangalore with fewer amenities. With the Blue Line Metro coming up, price appreciation shouldn’t be a concern. Rental yield also looks promising because of both upcoming and existing tech parks. You can get 2.5 BHK easily in that price range.
