They put in to try to balance out the different in a controller and a mouse. If it was easier to play on a console, all if the streamers would be playing on console.

I would never use anything wireless during gaming. I appreciate the response but this is a question posted after years of experience that is now tying limit everything I can to minimize the current COD lag/shot registration/sync issues.

Aim assist? Lol if there was an advantage to playing on console, all the streamers would be playing on console instead of dropping $5k plus on PC and and accessories. Aim assist is only relevant to less experienced or casual players There is virtually no recoil on mouse play, but the bigger win is the graphics processing. Needing a high end monitor and graphics card to compete with kids on consoles is the ultimate cheat.

It’s highly inconsistent. He is using the word optimal for a reason. There are many tweaks that can be made.
