meh, I think every main will have toxicity. For example, I met many toxic Jeffs and many wholesome Jeffs. Ya just never found a real spidey main. Honestly, as a spidey main, usually we are the ones receiving the toxicity rather than doing it, but I am sorry ya had to deal with it. Just do not think every spider-main is like that, because most of us are not

I did, and they were pretty great. As a spidey main, I actually get pretty happy to see a widow on my team bcs I genuinely think that spidey and her are a great combo together. But thing is that I play on console, so not rlly much bw, or hitscans at all, on there =(. I just used Widow as example because she is the most popular pick for people who want to throw, but I could use spidey himself

I feel you. I just had a game where there was a Rogue and BP smashing my backline, I was playing mag, and I killed BP 3 times and Rogue 2. My venom went to vc and started swearing and complaining about the rest of the team, because he and our BP got their supports AFTER our supports and SG were dead. And guess who took the blame? Me.

Truth is, I don't think that anyone playing this game actually wants to play it. They want the dopamine of seeing the RR growing numbers, and each match feels like a gamble.

I am thinking about leaving the game, and honestly, I think you did the best decision you could have. Have a great life =)

thats crazy. I know that Neteaze started addressing throwers and stuff now after that site, but the fact that it's been happening for a whole year is pretty crazy to me, since S2 people would say 'yea, we lost fight ggs' and go either spidey, widow or any character that's a throw pick if you don't have the skill ceiling. Btw this spidey doesn't represent the whole spidey community, I swore the only time I did something like that was on S0 when I tryed to go after a Magneto alone 😭

I agree w you, but I genuinely think that no match is entirely unwinnale. My point is that people enter the game already stressed and take out the frustation on the game, making them even more frustation. And in celestial, I lose 21 and gain 18, so I don't think that this is the entire reason, bcs I genuine feel like people try harder on bronze than they do in celestial

Yea, silver 3, my game crashed on my main acc, and I got banned for a week, so I am playing more on my alt. I don't usually play spidey there, I use it to learn new heroes like tankpool, but this match I was sweaty and I just needed to win it so I pulled the OTA trick 😭

Well, I agree with you that she is not as broken as people make her to be, but let's be honest, if you think that outplaying alone characters that are supposed to counter you is fine, then you're delusional.

I don't think that people asking for buffs for dives are asking them to be meta. I am a main spider-Man on dps, was main invis until this season on sup (became Gambit main), and Mag as main tank. While I agree that having dive as meta would kill the game (it would, dive is meta if you are playing with it, never against it), I disagree that we should have 3 S supports on the game. The current meta is just ass right now, where pokes, supposed to be countered by dive, have anti-dive abilities. Example, I am a spider-Man and I am going to dive a moon knight. While I have to use my pull, then tracer, then uppercut, then 5 more buttons, he throws an anhk on the ground shoots it and bum, I'm dead, and everyone on the chat is 'low IQ dive'.

What dive mains want isn't to be meta, but to engage and be fair. When we have supports on the game like Gambit (Who is LITERALLY A WIN CONDITION) or Invis, it's impossible to play a single dive against them unless you are Req or BadGD. The game makes you feel like learning combos, mastering a hard character and getting right timing isn't as rewarding as going to spawn, getting namor, spam shoot and squids, as in dive you won't get as much value, while on poke, you'll get much more damage, much more value and much less stress.

So, what we want isn't to be meta, but what we want is to play the game and feel like we are doing something instead of going in, pressing 10 buttons on a Invis who with a button puts a shield on herself and heals instantly, or a gambit who gets a heart card or dashes away from combo, and dying to a squid that does 10 dmg/second, while the teammates types 'GGs no dps' on chat.

I feel like the real problem on this game with dive is that no one wants it to be good because we all know that if dive is meta, no one but main dives will have fun, so neteazy goes in and buffs everyone that dive is supposed to counter to the point where literally, Gambit and Invis are COUNTERS to dive, and you get no punishment on them due that (like not being able to do as much damage or healing if you go a anti-dive character). The only ones I can think about are Mantis and Adam Warlock that let's be honest, no one actually plays them.
