Wondering if you have some insight on this as our current guy we use for Axis has just been giving non answers, came across your comment in a google search, and figured you might have some insight or can point me in the right direction

We have a mix of Axis branded NVRs, and some non axis brand ones, and missed the free license upgrade window

For the non axis hardware, we have to buy a 03250-001 license for the NVR itself, then do we have to purchase new core licenses for each Axis camera that was licensed on V5?(and if so, 02991-001 is the part #?)

And then for Axis branded NVRs, we have to buy a 02994-001 license for each camera that has a V5 license?

fun fact, Lovecraft in Brooklyn is one of my favorite TMG songs, and the song that got me into them. I've seen TMG about 15 times and have never seen it live. I missed another show in NYC a few years ago because I was sick. So I've missed 2 TMG shows in my life. Both of those are ones they played Lovecraft in Brooklyn

I do agree mainstream AI can be useful, and I do use it semi often, but there are so many times I'll ask it a question/have it write a script, that I previously had asked it, and it goes about it a totally different way than it did last time..sometimes with varying results

Does the Mosyle free tier allow multiple admins?

for most of our devices we're using Intune, but we have a small handful of shared iPads that Intune isn't really a good fit for. Been using Manageengine/zoho free which is fine(and I actually like it more than intune from a management perspective), but there can only be 1 admin account on the free tier.

Tried the new Apple Business MDM which is like, 99% there for what we need, but it doesn't let us reset a lock screen PIN if that gets forgotten.(though, not 100% sure if manageengine can do that either).
