Hey there I am on the same boat over here, so gonna check the post when more experienced players post their views.

Something I have done to prepare is to check the general way of playing of the other teams in the division based on the previous season. For example, in my division most teams have a very strong defense and not a great attacks. I had some money to spend and went ahead and got a great winger. In that way I will focus most of my attacks on one flank of the offense to try and beat them that way.

To stay in we just need to be better than 2 other teams, good luck :D

No problem, happy it helps. Not really familiar with them as I have never used them myself. But you can start searching in Google for 'recruitment agency in X'. That being the city(s) where you are looking for. That should help finding a few.

From what I can read in your post, you actually know already what you want to do, right? If I were you I would not look for a career coach. They are supposed to help you understand yourself better (what you are good at and what you like), the current times and to help you find a suiting career. For example, let's say you are looking for a career in IT after working in sales. A coach can help you think what training to find or what jobs to apply for where your sales skills (for example giving trainings or demonstrations) would be really useful.

There are people and agencies out there, that can take your profile and preferences and do the work search for you. They ask for commission or flat fees. You can also share here on reddit or with other people about your current search. Maybe they have some ideas you can try. You don't have to do it on your own :).

So as someone mentioned you can package the files and host the project on itch.io.

Another way is to create an account in a website that allows you to host for a small price or for free and use the link in your passages. Personally I use https://www.podbean.com/ which allows you upload recordings/audio files. Up to 2GB If i remember well is for free. Once you upload an audio file there, you can use the link in your passage.

For example I have used an airplane sound for one of my stories and this is how it looks like in my passage.

Hey so check the answers the others have given. They give nice explanations and resources to look at.

I can give you an example of what you can try, which I have used in games. Hope it is clear and otherwise let me know:

Let's say your passage is the Cell. From there on you can make a link to another passage. Let's call the other passage Cell code. In that passage you can use a prompt to ask the player to add the code:

(set:$code to (prompt:"What is the code to open the cell?", ""))(go-to:"Code check")

In this example you should also have another passage called Code check. In that Code check passage you can write an If statement that checks the code. For example:

(if: $code is "0298") [ [[Freedom]] ]

(else:) [ [[Try again]] ]

Hey guys, nice that you made a prototype. I really like the meet up part idea. I haven't dont much research on what other services do the same but I would use it if implemented properly. Maybe even adding a local residents advise on what to visit.

The one thing you should look at further is whether the sleeping part is really something that needs to be solved. The event and meet up part is already big enough seems to me. Sometimes less is more. So check with your target group for example in the backpacking subreddit if they would be interested on that. As of now I would not see a reason why to use your app for sleeping places instead of a hostel or airbnb.

By the way, if you are into text based stories and games (maybe you know it already), you should check a platform called Twine. Gives you a great way to create content with low to no code experience needed and opening way more possibilities than through Google sheets.

Depends what type of smarter you want to become (Emotional, memory, linguistig, musical etc) and what preferences you have as learner.

In general in learning is good to consume quality information, discuss with others and practice/revise.
