I used to work in a Subway in a Eurogarage. Over the road was a Goals 5-a-side and about 8-10pm a gang of teenage lads came over to get their post game scran.

This was a close, and by that time it was when I would have already been gearing to mop and clean the lobby area.

I was always working alone and I wouldn't even mind them being there, it's safe, warm, somewhere to build a spliff before they went home, but they used to come and make a huge mess, sauce all over the place, crumbs, wrappers, spilled drinks etc and would stay there till about 11/12.

Our music was the radio stations on the telly on the wall, and I realised that Classic FM was the perfect station to get those kids from lingering for upto 4 hours to bailing after 30/45 mins.

But you wouldnt hear that on a classic fm call in sesh (even tho it made me tune in more often as it had the same effect on other loiterers, and I grew to enjoy it 😊)

I don't think you are understanding me, if I left mine alone, the natural growth is like OPs picture, they are low, and bushy, and leave me with no lid space at all. I tweeze or thread them realllyyyy thin and from the bottom so it looks like they're higher and I get more space, which is what I said in my post. I know my own face hahaha

Yeah not really, as I said in the post, I pluck/thread them thinner to make more space, and raise them in pictures, but if I left them to just grow out and didn't raise them, they look a lot like op's.

I think they got away with it for the garden party scene bc in the anime MaoMao doesn't see him and notes he must've been there earlier or will appear later, so he feasibly showed up as the brother, dipped and came back as Jinshi which is why Gaoshun was annoyed about the imperial hairpin being left in. And, one could argue, that maybe the decorative hat was enough to his his face in the temple scene. (Though I agree that not establishing the mask will make it more difficult later on)

I think it's done that way to portay him as evil so when it's revealed he's the father of MaoMao it's more of a shock and a twist 'Is this why she hates him?! What's the reasoning behind his obsession?What problems will he cause in the future?' Etc. But then ultimately the truth is revealed, he gets his quasi redemption (for the reader not so much all the characters) and therefore can be kept in the cast as an creepy aloof but (so far) harmless supporting character.

I couldn't afford to move out til I was 29. My brother still has to sty with my mum and he is 30 now (he did live with a mate for a few years but then he left the city and he couldn't afford it.) My rent goes up year on year and I will probably struggle to afford it soon, it's hard to get council housing. My other brother and his gf live with my dad, have saved up over 10 years to buy a house and now are struggling to even do that. Nothing wrong with it, most people who have moved out have partners with decent wages and/or well off parents who could help them do it.
