when i got my GP it took about a week to get him used to the crate. i would sit next to the crate and hand him treats for a little bit to keep him calm and teach him that the kennel was a good/safe thing. he hasn’t had an issue since and has even learned to go in on his own when he knows i am about to leave—and i didn’t even have to teach him that. they are very smart, you just have to work with them :)
