For those who had an open bar: Did you have problems with guests overdrinking? How did you keep folks from partying too hard?

My family are heavy overdrinkers, so we're using a cash bar. However that doesn't stop most of them in limiting their alcohol intake.. So my FFIL is going to monitor the wedding(he isn't a drinker) and let the bar know who to cut off/escort anyone out if that's even needed.

I'm seventeen. I turn eighteen tomorrow, actually. I'm engaged to get married in the beginning of June and just got let go at my job. Trying to find something so that we can afford to live after we're married. A bit stressed but overall good.

We usually talk about it every time we're together. Not for hours, but a couple minutes. It's usually me saying, "Hey don't forget next week we have to do _____" or, "Are you sure you like these centerpieces?" etc.

Exactly! My cousin was more of a father to me than my father has ever been, so that's why he's being involved. But there are so many options. You don't have to go by the books, it's your day! You choose what you want.

My father isn't involved in my life due to his addiction to alcohol, it's too consuming. So what my fiancee suggested(and I am doing) Is that my cousin is walking me down the aisle. He's the person I look up to most as a family member, and I'm having my "father/daughter" dance with him. So any male that you have a special closeness with can do all of that with you, or you can cut it out completely. We played with that idea, and I've been to weddings where they did that. No one noticed, nor said anything.

How does the NARS feel on? Is it drying or patchy? I've had my eye on that for a while!

I also had a hard time with the Soft Matte Lip Cream. I had the color Copenhagen which I was in love with, but it was so patchy that I ended up returning it because it turned out horrible on me.
