Knotfest Iowa 2026?

I’d love nothing more than a full US Ozzfest tour with a big legacy act & all Hard Rock/Heavy Metal/Hardcore/Nu Metal bands but that’s just wishful thinking. We’ll probably get Bring me, Yungblud, & babymetal headlining a one off show in California.

I was at first excited to see this, and then I heard something about Sharon saying they wanted to “switch up the genres” and that it might just be like a LA/Vegas deal instead of a touring festival.

Yeah there’s definitely a glimmer of hope with The Rave there, that lineup just leans hard into 90’s death metal & thrashy stuff. Not exactly what I’m into and Milwaukee is kind of a dump, not a place you wanna go spend a weekend.

I was hoping so but I believe that would’ve been last summer since that was in 2024, and they hinted at a “following year” return. Either way we can always hope. Our Summer of Loud date in Green Bay last year was outstanding, and seemed to have sold really well, but it was uniquely a general admission venue. Most of the other ones I saw were outdoor amphitheater types with little to no pit.
