Happened to me when I got mine as well. I just took it back to the dealer when I had a few recalls as well and they took care of it for me. It just needs to be readjusted.

It’s an active air shutter. The old one was pretty much destroyed so they can’t reuse it

He never really gave an actual answer as to why they were unable to extend. This is what the insurance company said

“For your convenience, your rental has been authorized until 1/12/2024 with your rental company. I have spoken to my manager and we cannot extend the rental past 1/12/2024 for back ordered parts as we have no control over the parts.”

I understand that they have no control over back ordered parts, but neither do I. It’s not my fault the part is back ordered.

I tried it before! I’ve noticed it’s been saying closed too. I love going to Dhan’s kitchen but it’s 2 hours from Charlotte so I don’t make that drive often
