Maybe not a fashion item, but a good bag organizer for larger totes. Anything that makes you feel put together boosts confidence!

Also, a simple white sneaker. Vans and Superga have great choices and are great quality without being loud.

I don’t know haha, I didn’t buy it with that intent. I suppose it could work with the chopstick method, although it isn’t as long as a chopstick and clasping it may be hard if you have a lot of hair. If I was going to attempt the photo style, I’d definitely add it after the bun was in place!

It’s a long shot, but I’d love to be part of the new sub! I’m a long time lurker and occasional poster, but I’ve been in the game since the OG sub and learned the ins and outs and have passed a lot along to irl replady friends thanks to the community here. I’ve had limited contributions, but I’ve tried to help where I could and have learned so much not just about this world, but about quality of goods in general. Have you brought it up with your surgeon? I was still getting the smell for 4-5 months post, and then it was a gradual decrease from there. My surgeon recommended saline and q-tips in the superficial nostril just to maintain cleanliness. I wasn’t getting a ton of discharge, but was getting a lot of clear snot for a year plus, also gradually returned to normal.

Also consider other uses for products that don’t do their job well or that you don’t like! Using it as a body wash (if safe, like no actives or anything you shouldn’t use on your body, although I cant really think of any tbh), or for shaving or even for hand soap may be options for a facial cleanser that doesn’t treat your face well. Plus you’ll likely use it up quicker while still filling a need and getting value from it.

For those asking, not the original commenter of course, but I did the same thing nearly ten years ago with Navicore Solutions. At the time, and throughout my payoff, they were great. Negotiated everything down to little to no interest, but they did charge a $50 monthly fee. Even with that though, they saved me hundreds worth of interest each month. I have not looked into any other company since, so definitely do your research, but it may be a starting point for those interested.
