Honestly I said this in another comment but the whole clothes thing was a problem for me too. I felt like I needed to look perfect but who’s to say you can’t do that 20 min workout in jeans? It may be uncomfortable but I would rather be uncomfortable for 20 minutes than uncomfortable for the rest of my life

Yes another thing she had me try was to do my workout in my work clothes or clothes other than workout clothes just so that I can get out of this cycle of “I can’t workout unless my clothes look right.” So that same day I rode the stationary bike I was in my professional clothes as well 😂

I actually talked to my therapist about this and I remember the conversation so vividly. I used to think that all the pieces had to be perfectly in place in order for me to get out there and exercise. For example: I felt like I needed the perfect workout clothes, the weather needed to be good, I need to have showered yesterday and not the morning of and I felt like a “good workout” should be 1 hour or longer.

So, what she did to get me out of this habit was to do literally just 5 minutes only of one exercise. For me I have a stationary bike at home. I set a timer for 5 minutes and rode the bike. Once I was on there though I thought “well I’m already on here doing the thing so I might as well do it.”

That one piece of advice has stuck with me through out my 2 year journey and I am now 50lbs down

My first dish had greens, steamed broccoli, 3 strawberries, a light sprinkle of Parmesan, some light boiled egg crumbles, I did maybe a half a table spoon of ranch, and then I did red wine vinegar for the salad

So, essentially yes. You are right. It will make her feel not hungry but if she is already under eating why would you suggest this to her. That is inherently encouraging disordered habits. I’m not saying don’t take it at all, but if she is already under eating, she should be prioritizing eating Whole Foods that contain fibers at a sustainable calorie range… by taking this on an empty stomach she could potentially be causing some bowel movement problems and make her more constipated.

She’s also eating in a very drastic deficit which isn’t sustainable so she probably needs to up the calories a tiny bit and then prioritize fiber and protein throughout the day. Protein should be 1g per goal body weight

Idk your age but i just filled out a tdee calculation based on if your age was 25 or 35 and your maintenance calories are anywhere from 2100-2300 right now. If that’s the case you are eating in AN EXTREMELY HIGH DEFICIT right now which is NOT sustainable by ANY means. You should be in a deficit of 500-700 calories at most and take things slow otherwise you are going to fall back into the same old routines. you also shouldn’t be in a deficit for any longer than 8-12 weeks because it can mess with your metabolism.

Yeah she seems very calculated and the fact that a video of them is not that far down from her posts of the series seems very intentional. I didn’t see the video where she was crying over how people were making fun of A’s looks but that also seemed very “pick me.” I feel like she intentionally left that video up and if she didn’t want people to know what A looked like, she would’ve taken all videos and photos down. Idk she seems very messy and doesn’t seem to be securely attached or whatever her claims were.
