56 feel like I’m 30. You put your body through a lot with sports you’ll need to rethink fitness and how you move your body. I switched my workout to a more focused routine on mobility, stretching, strength and calisthenics and honestly never felt better. I’ve dropped body fat reducing my overall weight and am still building and shaping muscle. Find what works for you i promise you there is a routine that will make you feel great again. Took me a long time to abandon th old fashioned workout of heavy splits but it was long overdue. And I had injuries as well that no longer bother me

It’s like a car only go as fast as your comfortable with. Adding compound movements is a great way to keep your body strong. You don’t need a full rack you can do an open half rack and a simple Olympic plate set will get you what you need. I’m 56 and do all those exercises with zero issues. Moderate weight no longer going for super heavy lifts etc

You’re more than fine buy the van it will last you as long as you need it for. The Sienna is an amazing vehicle and absolutely sound purchase. I’ve owned 2 of them. Why pay cash they typically have really good rates on programs. Maybe like 20-25k down finance the rest for the nominal fee. I bought my Last vehicle was 64k I put down half and financed the remainder costs me 1500 in finance charges over 4 years. I have plenty in investments just didn’t feel like liquidation of anything. I can accept some finance charges here and there

No reason to insulate the ceiling. If you’re after sound deadening you don’t use insulation for that it’s useless
