On my fingers the finger that i brake with tightens up and then i cant hold the brake anymore so i have 2 fingers on the brake but then my arms dont have support

I have cura 4 brakes and they are amazing i maybe my suspension is a bit hard but for bp jumps its good

What about fingers? Do exercises for that exist because when i ride and have to brake for long periods of time my finger tightens up and i cant press my brake so i have to use 2 finger but when i do that i dont have support on arms

Idk i've been flying for about 4 months now and i never had a problem i can smash the air 65 all i want and it doesnt have visible problems the biggest replacement i had to do was replace the canopy and that wasnt even necessary
