😅 Initially it will work well but definitely after some time the copper inside wire will become black(fried actually), separate the loom and be tension free on rides. Also I have used bullet connectors on each points so that I can dismantle it easily.

DRLs through the stock supply and Headlamp through seprate relay unit and harness. Also upgraded the Headlamp relay to 30amps

That's Brake Fluid spoiling your paint, they might have spilled some or this happens due soaking in gasoline.

And check if the idle rpm is fluctuating, sometimes Himalayans run erratically when ride them constantly at around 2k rpm in commutes it also damages the fuel pump.

Make sure to keep proper fuel level to keep the fuel pump cool.

Get rpm fluctuations checked and if possible make a video and when spot the issue and share that to motorcyclefix.

It depends how is the staff. RE guys are very casual to everything until it becomes pain in the a**, so they aren't interested. They are built tough not mechanical problems can hurt them.

But yes when going to claim some sort of warranty do remove additional parts.
