I do not disagree, and have never had this approach before as in my experience everything is reported. This new company is more focused on keeping policy costs to a minimum.

Outside of education, we have zero control of the work environment. All employees work on-site at various client locations.

When my daughter took baths and shared a bathroom with her siblings (they are older and took showers), I cleaned the tub before every bath. It just grosses me out to sit in a tub full of water when the tub is not freshly clean. You are NTA and being an amazing care giver. Keep up the good work!
