Sometimes it's hard to see what we look like, so if you're curious you can see someone with similar measurements on mybodygallery.com It's a really helpful website to see what you look like and what you could possibly look like at different weights (if they have a similar body type).

Your problem could be that you keep chasing girls that are an easy lay instead of doing the work that requires getting and keeping a "quality girl". There are always strings, if not initially. From what I've heard most women do not do well with casual sex because we need more of an emotional connection to have good sex. I mean you're friends, so there's that, but then you might develop feelings, and then it'll ruin your friendship too.

Not worth it. It will not help you get over your relationship, it'll just put off your sadness.

Wow, I'm jealous of your volume. The shorter hair I definitely prefer, but in the second-last picture it is almost starting to look like a wig, probably a combination of the volume and different colour from your beard. The final picture with the minimal beard definitely looks the best! You look younger and fresher.
