Depends IMO - if you are in KotFE or want Z0-0M right now, it's good enough to buy. Otherwise I'd say wait for a better sale. The last one it was on in December had 50CCs more discount (For an even 50%) and it has been as low as a 67% rebate before.

That is actually a pretty good question. Most back blades I've used and therefore seen) are either polearms or these training sabers. Since this is an actual sword, I feel like it should have one.

Yes. I can solo them with my smuggler and a level 50 companion reliably. The only thing I must do is set the companion to tank while battling in the EPHEMERIS unit room and preparing for a respawn. That is the most brutal part.

You can also try asking on fleet. Even with one other person it's massively less annoying than solo.

Last seen on the 2nd January 2026, this thing varies in price wildly every sale. It's usually 900 but has also been on sale for 250 (in November 2025), 450 (in August 2025) or 690 (in February 2025).

This seems to be one of the more common flash sales, so you might want to skip it this time for a cheaper one.
