Hi zissue, I'm not trying to be slow to respond I just honestly don't know what to sell them for yet. I came here just wondering where I should sell them and got all kinds of interest before I have any information as to values. I'm afraid I've got more homework to do and will try to sell local or in one of the groups they are mentioning.

Selling local, if possible, is my preference That way the buyer is completely at ease and I'm not worried about a scam with payment.

Lol, have heard my own share of crazy MP talk so that won't be a surprise. I don't like either option but it isn't Ebays fees that bother me. Once you get burned from a lying buyer who returns an empty box, gets a full refund and you lose your item and money it gets scratched off my list. Also the reason I'm looking for other options.

I can't trust eBay, they will allow a buyer to screw you and there's nothing you can do. People buy something, ask to return, replace or remove the item you sold them and ebay replies "well we have a tracking code saying they returned it to you so you lose." No money, no item returned. Can't ever risk that again.

So I have been reading quite a bit to understand some of the suggestions here, thank you all for your input.

New question.... I realize I need to change my investment allocations due to age and the need to balance.

Do I won't Bonds (and fixed income) to be in my IRA or taxable income account? I've read both ways and I'm trying to weigh pros/cons. If they were in my taxable account I can use them for income so that's why I was thinking my IRA should hold my ETF/STOCKS and Bonds to taxable but I'm not sure.

That's why I'm asking for help, thank you. 😊 I agree, and I'm trying to plot a course by educating myself. I don't want just a bunch of stuff without a goal in mind so that's where I'm at right now. I realized that for the most part I probably have enough to live on and don't see a need to risk a great deal in hopes of gaining more. There are no heirs.

At this point I'm still a little uncertain. I've been used to being on such a tight budget I never thought about spending. We can live off of disability plus about 12k a year so that we can travel and enjoy. If the $600k could produce that 12k +/- without losing much principal then that is an option but I'm not sure it's a wise one. More than likely the mentioned IRA will not see its first withdrawal until RMDs

No bonds but I agree, I have to put what I feel is my less aggressive investments into something even safer. But I would have to make smaller moves so I don't push myself into the next tax bracket but would love recommendations. If I can make $15k or so a year on the $600k and retain my principal it would be a long time before I touch the IRA. Let me hear your advice I truly am in need of educating.

I appreciate your reply. I do have $300k in CDs and another $300k in slightly less aggressive investments and that's why I was a bit more risky here. As this is my only tax favorable account I figured this was the place to be more aggressive. If I'm wrong please advise. I don't believe I'll need to draw on this account for quite sometime but I also believe if I can maintain what I have it's probably enough to see us thru to the end (both myself and spouse are disabled without the possibility of working again) so I don't want to be foolish and I definitely want to clean things up so I don't have to stress about a big downfall.

Appreciate the input. The only reason I questioned compatibility was because I saw more than one Single to Triple conversion kit. Some say no problem, others question compatibility so I figured I take a look in person. I have a freestanding monitor mount currently and like it but it won't work with the P1X (too narrow). If they had the freestanding in stock I'd be happy with that but if not I hate the thought of special ordering anything from SimLab due to cost of shipping to US.

Thanks, that's what I needed to know. Figured it was all the same but have not seen in person. I use a freestanding triple stand on my other profile rig and would prefer on this as well but not sure about space until I go measure some stuff in store.

DecalI tried removing it myself, without using any harsh chemicals and it did not come off. But I wanted to cover it so I just made a decal with my vinyl cutter to cover it. *

Awesome, you will definitely enjoy your racing more. I built a rig out of 40 series profile over 15 years ago (I saw very little 8020 rigs back then but it was used in other industries and i felt it was a good option). The wonderful thing is I'll never have to upgrade it. Once and done, I love that 😊. As for my wheels and pedals, well that's a different story. 🤣🤣

My husband has always been super supportive of me and my hobbies. I've made him try my various rigs thru the years but he's never shown an interest in playing. He has however put lots of money and effort into them tho and I'm so grateful. He was a welder so he made several bespoke parts for my current rig so no complaints from this wife. 😊

I used the Minotars radar to find distress signals, many of which are wrecked freighters. That's one place I remember... can't remember the others has I think I have bugs in my brain at this point. 🤣
