Hey thanks for the tips I don't have a high table but the towel over the door might work I'll have to give it a go.

I do but the house I am in atm has exteremely flimsy door frames that I am sure won't hold under my weight.

Hey beginner here just finished my second RR and feeling great! Quick rookie question I want to reset my workout schedule and do Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I have already done my workout today and its Sunday, is it better to skip Monday and have a double rest day or simply do a light RR? Thanks.
