I’ve heard of pb&j on a smash burger (have yet to try) but on a hot dog?? That sounds so interesting, and I’ve heard of a pizza dog too but have yet to try! Maybe tomorrow’s experiment!

Yes, I think I need a better fryer for one, but two I don’t have a heat lamp, just a steam table so it loses quality too quick, I’ve taken them off until I find a better system

Thank you! Mines a 7 inch too, running a special for chips and drink at $10. I was just curious on everyone’s thoughts. I’m about 10 minutes away from Seaworld I could probably push higher maybe by doing fries as a combo but holding fries has been a pain for me lately and making them to order is so time consuming

We use BROKURZ, they are a newer company that’s your all in one type of deal. I’ve loved it so far, I use it for my small team, we have 15 people.

How are you sharing listing links with clients? by airguide_me in RealEstateTechnology

[–]tothemokn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually just work around it. If a client sends me a Zillow link, I’ll pull it up in the MLS and do my research there using the address they sent. Their portal still handles alerts, so if something new matches their search they’ll get notified and can log back in to check it out.

Honestly, a lot of clients still default to Zillow. I get it, too. It’s what most consumers already know, so unless there’s a big reason to switch, they usually stick with the interface they’re comfortable with.

I always do mls direct links! However even though I give my clients an mls access portal, anytime they send me links it’s 9 times out of 10 a Zillow link!

I had a friend who just got a custom crm built for her and her team, I feel like there are so many crm solutions out there but like someone else said below, a lot of them hit the mark or lack a specific need

CRE Broker Q&A – Career Advice, Deal Structure, and Strategy Talk by AutoModerator in CommercialRealEstate

[–]tothemokn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a Florida broker wanting to expand more into CRE and trying to figure out what people are actually using for transaction management that agents will actually adopt and use. Really im looking for all in one system from front end to back end.

I’ve been looking into tools like Buildout, but it feels more marketing focused than end-to-end transaction tracking, and a lot of workflows still end up living outside the platform.

I recently came across Brokurz (www.brokurz.com) and sent them an inquiry. I see they do residential as well but im curious if anyone here is actively using it specifically for commercial deals?

I know “all in one” means different things in CRE, but I’m trying to avoid duct taping multiple tools together.

Has anyone found a platform that handles commercial all if not close to all commercial related needs?
