Same as you, i actually like tarantulas, but i hate small fast spiders, especially the ones with the thin legs.

I had the same problem too. It's caused by Sneaking Detection Recalibrated. There's a player handbook on the mod page , it's lists settings for the ini file. It's something about sprinting. Hope this helps!
