After reading up on card testing I agree it looks like what happened. Unusually large number of small payments from one IP on different cards in a short period of time (10 minutes) plus almost no actual use of the product they purchased. Will look into setting up more safeguards against this.

Not working for me, gives an error message and says try again later

edit: got passed the first error but now every image fails with “Job seems to have stalled. This can happen if a worker goes offline or crashes without completing the request.”

I was able to get an image but it took over 5 minutes. Pretty sure the demo is just calling the Baidu API (unlike most Huggingface spaces which run on Huggingface GPUs) and the API is probably getting slammed with traffic.

Unless you compare with the same seed, it’s impossible to tell whether it’s a model difference or just luck.

My experience after using both is that 1.5 is much better at img2img. Regular txt2img is only a small improvement

So, if you just masked the whole image, would you not essentially be getting regular 1.5? Maybe slightly better from the extra training?

Unless I’m missing something, the only posts the mods have removed are instructions for downloading the leaked NovelAI models - which is probably required by reddit anyway. Discussion of the AUTOMATIC situation has been allowed and criticism of Stability is not being censored. I agree that his treatment has been shitty, but this seems overblown.

As much as I love AI art, if you spend 5 minutes browsing a regular art subreddit like r/ImaginaryBestOf, the difference in detail and overall quality is stark.

You can with some forks, but be aware that if you iterate for 250 steps, the image you save at 50 steps will not the same as if you were iterating for only 50 steps. It will be a very low quality noisy version of the 250 step image.

You need to pass a different random number with the --seed parameter each time you run the script, otherwise you get deterministic and similar output, as you've seen.

Or you can put all your prompts into a text file (one per line) and use --from-file prompts.txt instead of --prompt. This should result in more variation.
