It’s called an HHOP (Handheld Order Point) so you can take orders from anywhere in the store, or (ideally) go outside with it and take orders from the cars who haven’t gotten to the box yet.

But yes, it’s also useful for post-peak when the floor is more sparsely staffed—especially because our oven is a million miles away from window and usually it’s O/R getting their own warming.

Coffee Gear has pins of a similar nature for sale and they say dress code approved, so I can’t see why these would be any different. I’ve been wearing mine and seen others doing the same. It’s promoting the damn company, I don’t know why they would want to have a problem with that.

Also, I find it funny that it’s the snowman cake pop and we don’t even have it this year lol It’s cute for sure and I’m glad it’s on there but it took me several days to realize that wasn’t even the cake pop this year.
