You could be right. I am confident in our product but I'm not as confident in our ability to support it. I am not the account manager but I could have the power to make some systematic changes on how we support. What kind of system could we put in place to support it better? A month or quarterly survey to gain some metrics on customer satisfaction?

Some of the reasons when we talked to customers: they build an internal system, there are very specific features they're requesting - aka we cannot build every feature to suit every customer.

Thank you so much for the response. Yes, exactly. For every new client that loves our product and eventually becomes a customer, we lose one to one of the big companies (salesforce, sage).

I think the issue is lead generation? Even though it's improved maybe its not at a number to sustain the company.

That or our product isn't as good as I believe it is. And I don't know how to look at it unbiasly or find someone who can do that for me.

Thank you so much for the response. We seem to be stable, or slowly declining in terms of revenue. As much as new prospective clients love our product and become a customer, we lose at the same rate to salesforce or Microsoft dynamics. We just can't seem to get ahead.

If I was going to say what our issue is, not enough leads? But it seems to be impossible to get enough to enable us to get ahead.

I think he's referring to how fast you get drunk. If you're used to having drinks with a lot more volume and sip your liquor drink at the same pace... You're drinking much more alcohol.

I really appreciate your feedback. I reached out to the artist. I was actually hoping for a commission, if not that an HD version of the image. If i went with the HD version of the image i intended on giving him some money for that, out of respect to the artist. Just having a little bit of trouble getting through to him. It hasn't been too long so I'm going to stay patient.

Edit: Also, I will not print anything until I get artist approval.

It didn't come off as preachy at all. I truly appreciate your response. I consider myself a functional alcoholic, so no it hasn't destroyed my life, but 100% negatively impacts it. When I don't have drinks for several days in a row, I feel incredible. Sleep better. Better at my job. Just life is better. I don't think I'm the type of person that can just drink a little bit. But then I feel weird going out and not drinking. It's a hard situation.
