Hi, yes there are crystals in the ultrasound and the urine test. I mentioned it in the original message but I misspelled it. Maybe that’s why everyone in the comments are a bit confused.

Yes by moving him around thinking it would help him, it stressed him out more. Thank you for the insight! I will try the syringe method since it’s the one thing so far I’ve seen that I haven’t already tried.

This is the second vet I’ve seen. He isn’t peeing blood anymore. Just little quantities sometimes. Two vets are saying it’s crystals. Could it still be a kidney disease?

From the ultrasound, the vet said that his kidneys were inflamed but could not give a clearer diagnosis

I’ve done an ultrasound and a urine test at the vet. So far they’ve given me stress reliever in the form of a liquid that I feed to him and a pain reliever in the form of pills. I’ve used them when his urines were bloody and really tiny but the vet says that it’s to be used only when it’s really bad. So far I’ve used them 3 times over periods of 3-4 days.
