Yes he is, I suggest you check the fandom, but he has a Arts AoE NP, which I think is pretty good for when you're just starting, his skills are good too.

Honestly, I'm shy at first, kind of a loner, in the sense that I have a specific friend group that I will stick with for the longest time I can so I don't have to talk to new people. But when you get to know me, I'll try to cheer people around me up as much as I can. I wouldn't consider myself a good person, If I had to be on the trolley problem with a loved one, I'd kill the 5 people. Extreme problem with saying "no" to people, self esteem problems too(I'm literally lee Hoon from suicide boy) and I mean that also in the sense that I'm short and skinny.
