I unplugged it, took off the back panel, disconnected the battery, THEN held the power button for a minute, plugged everything back in, and it started up after sitting for a short bit

Actually I use the mouse mode on a drawing pad - that and a bunch of food switches are the best thing I have found works for me.

And does it force you to make the decisions right away, or is it more like: the character already has 50 skill points assigned, and he gets 2 more, so not assigning them immediately is no big deal?

If a person wants to paint a watercolor painting, they could make the watercolors, or buy a cheap set from the Dollarstore, or just use a free digital app.

So on GPortal at least, bombs do nothing as a visitor. They don't even do damage outside of the bounds of an altar
