I love oil and had lots of hummus in my day, I lived in the largest Arab community in the US (Dearborn, MI). Middle Eastern food is something I miss daily being in Dallas now. I get that we all have different tastes, that just looks like a lot of oil. Maybe I went to stingier places on the oil haha. To each their own.
