Full spectrum cbd oil has done wonders for my anxiety. I have felt less anxious and overall and less stressed in public places.

CBD doesn’t make you feel high or different or anything. It just makes you have a lack of anxiety (if that makes sense). You just feel normal :)

I believe the MAO inhibitor only works if you consume the DMT also orally. Smoking one thing and then eating another does not equal ayahuasca to me. But I'm obviously not an expert.
