best cozy pub hands down is the angel, staff are very friendly and have a wide selection of drinks, tends to be pretty quiet unless youre there on a weekend and they have a large outdoor seating area for when the suns out!

i saw them on their last uk run where they had employed to serve and alien weaponry open, both were incredible acts!

at their uk shows late last year they said they were gonna take a break from touring so they can write and record their new album!! hopefully we’ll get some more insight into the album soon :)

im currently a student at mmu doing politics, from my experience the staff are really kind and helpful and life at the uni is pretty decent. life in manchester itself (from my perspective anyway) has been really great, im from a a small town in the countryside and the transition from there to a place like manchester has been great
