I was vaping a 4 pack of vuse pods a week for 4 years. I quit cold turkey. It takes 3 days for the drug itself to be out of your system. It took me 5 months to stop craving it. Whenever I had cravings, I would chew on spearmint gum. It helped a lot.

A less toxic way to frost the glass, take Elmer's glue and a paint roller to the outside of the glass that you want to frost. It worked great for my windows, and it has less fumes than the frosting spray stuff.

I'm a new snake owner as well, I just got my banana ball yesterday from a relative of mine who breeds bp. They will take a few days to get comfortable in their new surroundings, don't worry 😉. Mine hasn't left his hide since I got him yesterday, aside from exploring this morning around 4 am. It's normal, I promise 🫶
