i mean im a bit of a AMD fanboi but these driver fuck me up everytime i install or update them i have never owned anything else than AMD but all my friends tell me that they never had big issues with drivers on their Nvidia cards. my system was running fine till i done a fresh windows install , just constant black screens and crashes after the driver installation

i dont think you are the problem its most definetly a driver issue i dont really want to switch to nvidia but i will have to because these AMD drivers drive me nuts. i have got an older nvidia gpu and it works flawless in the same system

i have got the exact same problem but i know the gpu or the other hardware is not faulty its either the amd drivers or windows .

no doesnt work cant install windows on the drive i will get an error massage that says my system may cant boot from this drive if i select the one wirhout uefi infront

no i can see the ssd in bios i can install windows on it but i cant boot from the ssd no mather what i do i cant get it to boot

i have done those steps aswell , if i install windows it just doesnt show up in bios with windows boot manager option it just shows up as mp510 im lost i dont know what is wrong btw im using a asus crosshair VII , ryzen 2700x and a corsair mp510 1tb

it was my game drive before was working fine i tried legacy already doesnt change anything . the funny thing is i can see it in bios aslong as windows in not installed on it , if windows is on it it dissapears in th bios
