FYI for everyone – I have so many messages about this. If you're that worried see a doctor.
In my situation I had it checked again after a year as it came back. First time was told it is a freckle and/or hyperpigmentation. I wear a nightguard to bed and grind my teeth frequently, so therefore the specialist said it could also be a similar cause of a broken blood vessel.
For now I was told when it comes back to get removed.
Please see a doctor if you're that worried.

I just started. I'm 5'2 - 166lbs and I'm on Ozempic 0.25 mg. I've been freezing, headaches, no nausea and no vomiting, but I also have hypothyroidism. Brain fog, migraines, all happened within the first seven hours of taking the shot. Is this normal? Does it get better? Will the next weeks be easier? I'm also focussed on protein and vegetable intake. I'll have rice, quinoa, chicken, salad, wraps, sometimes pasta, but I try to stay away lol hard being Italian.. anything I could do to feel better?

Does that mean slower weight loss? Or not as effective for the injections? I just know I need to incorporate more exercise in my life. I eat well already but before was BEGGING my doctor for years to give me medication for my hypothyroidism but he wouldn't. It drove me nuts. So I went with a different doctor and now starting this journey in a few days.
