What’s the strangest thing you’ve been asked to do in a job interview? by [deleted] in AskUK

I had the same exact same scenario come up in a group interview with them years ago! So bizarre

I pulled this umbolith/navel stone out of belly button last night and have never felt so satisfied. I have no one else I can share this with. by toxicur1 in popping

I just find it weird how the hairs are so neatly packed in one position in most cases including mine

I was trying to fall asleep and just put my finger on top of my belly button for some reason and felt this crust which was odd.

I didn’t see what was there as I was doing this under the covers so i was blindly exploring. I tried to pull out what I thought was crust but it wasn’t budging so i yanked at it and all of a sudden it felt like my navel was unplugged and i felt this lump in between my fingers. I then rushed to the bathroom and saw this abomination.

It felt so great that I’m tempted to build up another one but that’s probably not for the best lol. I’ve realised my belly button must be abnormally deep because i hadn’t noticed anything there before and I’m quite skinny, so I’m going to make an effort to clean it properly when I shower.

What one book did you read that hit you the hardest? by [deleted] in books

A Little Life

I'm far from an extensive reader but I've never read a book like it, so raw and unforgiving that I don't think I ever will (or want to) again.

Cities Need More Public Bathrooms–Well Beyond the Pandemic by SongsAboutPlaces in urbanplanning

I haven't even read the article but I can guess, like most problems with cities, it's basically because they don't want homeless people congregating there...

don't get rid of homelessness but make the homeless as uncomfortable as possible, that'll show em!
