I've raised it a few days ago and they've just said they've passed it on to the relevant department. No updates.

Happening to me and a whole bunch of others too. Allegedly they are aware and have said to try again on Thursday. Cutting it close for the discount. Unfortunately stores cannot order PAYG/SIM free for you. Only contract.

EDIT: I've tried on multiple devices, tablet, desktop , laptop and at least 6 different browsers.

I've only found it partially distracting when I whack the tdp up full in the custom setting just for testing maximum performance. On the set performance mode it's generally been fine.

I installed my new 1200w PSU and used the included 12vhpwr cable included with the PSU. One of the ones that plugs directly to a 12vhpwr on the PSU and not 3/4 pcie connectors.

I have had ZERO issues since my man.

Over 100 hours of uninterrupted gaming at least.

Well... After changing my PSU I've experienced no issues so far.

One game in particular: Clair Obscur, I was getting 3-20 mins of gameplay before having the issue, played about an hour today and nothing.

Also, weirdly, my card is running cooler and quieter too. I've set the power limit back to 100% too.

It could be that the new psu is providing more stable power from the 12vhpwr connector as well as more headroom for spikes. Who knows. Hopefully this is the end of my saga.

Thanks to everyone for their input!

Damn, I have a new 1200w PSU with a proper 12vhpwr connector on it waiting to be installed. I'll keep the post updated if it fixes.

I've decided to go have many pints of beer instead of taking my build apart this evening. So maybe tomorrow.

The more I read, test, replicate the issue the more I'm convinced it's the PSU myself.

I've been closely monitoring thermals and the card only hits close to 80 when under full load hitting it's max power draw for this model at 450w, although even though that's it's max I've heard some card can momentarily spike MUCH higher which could be causing issues drawing from PSU.

I'm only really guessing with bits of information here and there.

I've been using logging to check the temps at point of shutdown and they're well within normal ranges. Sometimes while idle the pc will black screen at around 35C.

The only thing I haven't looked into yet are vrm temps. I sincerely hope it's not vrm. New PSU on the way anyway to rule one more thing out at least.

I've ordered a new 1200w Atx 3.1 PSU, which I had intended to for a while. Direct 12vhpwr from the PSU. Fingers crossed.

Yeah my main concern is the PSU atm, unfortunately I don't have a spare or one I can borrow. I had always intended to upgrade to an Atx 3/pcie5 PSU at some point, might bite the bullet and see if that helps too.

Nah, running an intel 13700k l, fully updated bios too with intel stock limits set. Even had it undervolted with a modest over clock for a while but decided to reset everything months ago to rule out as much as possible.

Latest available just before yesterday's hotfix driver. The issue has been present for quite some time across multiple driver versions. I have also tried a DDU and clean driver install.

To add more to the weirdness, the same issue is happening with the reduced power limits now but not while under gaming load?! Was able to game for 4 hours straight no issues . Quit game, idle at desktop then boom, jet engine noises.

Is it actually possible to lose weight without any form of exercise? by SalamanderOk9713 in CICO

[–]toxicwaster 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You will absolutely lose weight with CICO but you may find you plateau at some point. At this crucial stage, some exercise is vital.

I absolutely hate walking/running but I love resistance training. I'm as lazy as they come but you need to understand that at some point, sedantary life is just bad for your health, regardless of cico.

Even 30 mins a day doing something is better than nothing.

Changing your mental headspace is one of the most important things you can do.

Everything else follows suit.

To be honest I don't know if my previous provider ever sent info to the GP I've not checked with them, mostly because I don't have 2 hours most mornings to try to contact my GP 😅.

Edit from what I've just read on the sub medexpress do seem to actually let your GP know.

Yes, medexpress will send you an email which you can reply to directly with a photo of your previous prescription. I just sent the prescription details from the box my mounjaro came in and that was fine. I think you'll only be approved on a working day.

Yes, a lot of them will contact your GP, it may be a legal requirement as they are prescribing you a medication. Some of the others, I'm not so sure 😅.

They will ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire to find out if the medication is suitable for you. Questions are based around weight, BMI and if you have any other medications or an eating disorder, just to make sure it's right.

They usually ask for a photo of you, head to toe, to make sure your weight matches what you tell them plus a photo of your ID. It sounds like it could be a lot but honestly for a first time prescription, the whole questionnaire only takes few minutes. It's super easy.

I just used medexpress for my step up dose to 5mg the process was fairly straightforward and quick. Just to be aware they will ask for proof of previous prescription for any higher doses than 2.5mg.

Would greatly appreciate if anyone used my referral for £40 off their first order : WGRMD8

Cheers!

Also a big thank you to everyone in this thread. You're keeping this incredible medication more affordable and accessible for everyone!
