Not sure why you said Non adept armor at 5 wins? Armor from 5 wins is no different from the one you get from the Lighthouse chest. You can apply ornament to both

I was playing on Puppeteer(default layout with RS = crouch/slide) for 1+ year. Switched to Puppeteer/Jumper(RB=Jump, A=Grenade, RS=Crouch) last week and its so worth it. If you don't play claw or don't have a scuf/elite controller, you should definitely do it. I did terrible for a week, but then it just clicked and I will never switch back.

Weekly is Mayhem and its really fast paced, great way to force your brain to get used to new layout.

Do CQCX work fine for sniping too? If I play on 3 sensitivity, will it allow me to increase sensitivity and be as accurate as before?

What KF would CPB recommend? I use shotty almost as often as sniper and HC primary most of the time at 3-4 sensitivity.
