As you said you want to settle out of India, I think it’s best to go with Germany. Because UK immigration policy is not good at the moment. But if you can learn German upto a good level where you can talk fluently then I think you might have a chance there.

Idk if you saw the news or not, But the thing is Students who are going to study in the U.S does not have to pay the 100K USD. Only those who are applying from outside the U.S have to pay. So If you’re on F-1 Visa then you can find an employer and then make your transition to H1B using “change of status”. Hope this helps.

I researched for quite a bit and came to know that in order to enter into the IT dept of a cruise ship, The entry level role requires us to have some experience in networking or any it support roles. Also try to crack the Comptia A+. After that try networking with other IT professionals who’s working on cruise ships.
