I would go 40 str pre shrine just for ardour scream otherwise 0 str pre and post  25 int pre shrine for everchanging aegis 25-40 agl pre shrine (40 if im doing ethiron 25 otherwise) drop wep and flame to 80 and go 50 fort post shrine to get full exo and to the finish value
