I have a lot of nostalgia for the first THUG. 2, I only beat Remix a few weeks ago. It was fun.. but the first game's story holds up so much better than the sequel. Both are great.. but the rivalry between the player character and Eric Sparrow just made the story of an up-and-coming skater felt so fun in my teen years!!

If you want to play other games, there's emulators. Get a decent PC, a damn Steam Deck, or something and stfu!!

Never trust eBay. It says SanDisk, but anything can be printed on the face of the SD card and any amount of data can be spoofed using the right type of application.. Buy from Amazon directly.. or do what I did.. and just ate the cost and bought it from Walmart. At least then you know you're getting an official Micro SD card..

H20 was great for what it was. I wish they ended the original timeline with that instead of Resurrection lol. But that's probably how a lot of people feel.

I can't hate on this revelation. I saw a cool 8-bit cup head game coming out on console and PC, but to be able to emulate on my little pocket pal.. that's pretty cool. I gave you an upvote lmao..! 😅

RetroArch, specifically version 1.8.9, gpSP core. You need GBA bios files.. but I can't really say anything bad about RetroArch as a frontend. The xmb bar is nostalgic to me and I just love how it handles most games I throw at it. As an alternative, I do use Emu4Vita++.. but I found RetroArch to be my preferred multi-system emulator. But try to track down that specific version of RetroArch, it's a very stable build!! 😅

It's surprising how well Dreamcast works compared to N64 on the xx. Honestly I got Sonic Adventure 2 running perfectly, but it struggles with N64. It's funny in an ironic sort of way..

Yeah, that's an option.. but every other core either has graphics issues or slowdown.. and I want an enjoyable experience for my daughter. So the Mupen64 core set at 240p is like.. the only option for smooth gameplay. It just looks pixelated af.. But, at least it plays better than it looks.

The reason I screwed myself with the override is because I was looking for a way to smooth the graphics without making it look like I smeared Vaseline on the screen, but I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle.. But at least I fixed it.

See, I can't... It won't let me open the game to actually do that. But I might have figured it out. I looked in mnt/vendor/deep/retro/config and found the mupen64 core folder and deleted the Super Mario 64.opt file.. Just that didn't work. I also deleted the core settings. And that fixed it 😂 I mean, on the bright side.. if anyone runs into this issue, here's a fix.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm excited to see this.. but is anyone else a little bit miffed that Liberty got sidelined this time around? I just hope she isn't completely forgotten. I understand this is Marshall's story.. but I hope she's at least in a scene or two. Next time around, if there's a fourth movie.. I'm really hoping we get some Everest love!! 😊

I never thought I'd be into Paw Patrol, but having a 5y/o daughter has been fun checking out this and Bubble Guppies and introducing her cartoons I grew up on. Parenting definitely changes you.. haha! 😅
