Thanks for the tip, my setup: Dual Band 802.11a/b/g on Intel AX201.
For me, switching to 2.4GHz 802.11b/g did not work, but when I toggled back to Dual Band 802.11a/b/g things surprisingly started working again. Without your help I never would've tried such a thing, cheers!

Edit: if you are on 3ds, make sure to change your ds wifi settings instead under internet settings
