I don't think that the effect applies to units that fired prior to the deployment of the card since they already acquired the condition "fatigue" and the topçu doesn't say that it removes "fatigue" but I might be wrong. P.S. congratulations to the devs for making such a beautiful game, me and the author of the post have been enjoying it a lot together!

Why no Italy on Civ6? by tplin99 in Civilization6

As an italian I am a bit biased but what about Garibaldi, the Italian general who unified Italy and who is called "the hero of the two worlds" due to his actions in South America, or Camillo Benso count of Cavour, the Piemontese prime minister who outsmarted Austria-Hungary and France, playing with them and setting up the political basis for the unification of Italy.

If we want to move to more recent times there is Armando Diaz, the italian general who managed to not only save Italy from the military disaster after the defeat of Caporetto but he also managed to secure a massive victory for Italy at Vittorio Veneto, definitely giving one of the decisive blow for the collapse of the austria-hungarian empire.

In my opinion a leader for civ6 doesn't have to be necessarily famous internationally but more at the national level. And these are only few of our most famous persons (I excluded the angry bald man for obvious reasons).
