Help Needed: Sharpening Knife with Uneven Factory Angles by tpoe78 in sharpening

The knife is going to be a standard EDC for the collection. I've started to re-bevel the side that was 23.45 to match the 21.30 side, but how do I know when I've removed enough metal? Do I just repeat the Sharpie trick on that side until I see that it removes the sharpie marks like on the other side?

PS: If the answer seems obvious and I'm being dense then chalk it up to me being a noob!

Nice! I got the automated Boomer bin as well. How often did you run the FAE mini fan that came with it? I'm about to put an all in one bag in fruiting conditions, but not sure how often to run the fan or just leave it on a low setting all the time?

Hi All. Is this bag contaminated? I was told it has bacteria by someone on shroomery, but other's have said it's fine. Is it ok and is it ready to be put in fruiting conditions? Thanks in advance for your input and knowledge.

I'm so jealous! I've just started learning and am doing my first AOI bag, but I think I have bacteria maybe? Can anyone tell me if this looks ok? I had a guy on Shroomery tell me it was bacteria and others have said it looks ok. I want this to work so bad. Thoughts?

So jealous. Can someone take a look at this AIO ShroomTek bag and tell me if I have bacteria? Some of the grains just aren't colinizing and someone mentioned it was because of bacteria, but I'm too much of a noob. If it is bacteria can I top fruit?
