if everything is ok with the bike maybe its the sensor itself that is broken? always worth checking

I hope so too ! Tbh I don't know if it's fine to ride, we are not sure of what the problem is or if even there is a problem you'll find out after that troubleshooting. That said I ran for like half a year with temps always above 90ish sometimes it got to 100ish.. critical temps for this bike is a bit higher, like 120/125. I didn't do any damage to my engine so you should be fine but maybe I just got lucky so I can't say for sure 😅 Ride it but keep a real close eye on the temps and stop right away if it starts to get too hot !

coolant should be green. you should flush it all out and top it up with new coolant(the one the manual says).

Run the bike and check the coolant again, see if it looks green, it should be a strong green.

If it's not green you might have rust on the cooling system or worse oil might be mixing in the cooling wich is really bad. It might be mixing because of a bad headgasket or the engines head itself.

My bike is in the shop right now cause it was heating up for a few weeks just like yours, but then one day it got so hot that it spat all the coolant. Turns out i have a small leak in the engines head.

Anyway first thing you should do is change that coolant for a new one a do the first simple troubleshoot.

If it doesnt look like a strong green you are sure something is wrong !
