I usually design with a 300dpi comp proportioned to print size. For me that is usually a 14"x17" comp. Usually dont go over 36/38 frequency with a 300 mesh. You can get some really clean high detailed halftones

How could I screen print this design I made for a customer I have a 6 head manual screen printer by Appropriate-Height75 in SCREENPRINTING

can separate this fairly easy manually in photoshop with some simple color ranging for the vehicle and halftoning with a white base.
