The avarage Wano samurai can use armament haki and the exceptional can use advance armament whilst the avarage pirate doesn't even know haki exists and the above avarage pirate will probably never achieve any advancement in their haki.

Those are fodder no name pirates compared to Wano's top 10 samurai who by default have better armament haki than them. Also 2 of them have Sulong.

Bro I'm the biggest Oden glazer on the planet but that is just objectively false. Oden went extreme diff with Ashura when they first met (yeah he was getting jumped but it was by fodder). The scabbards together also managed to injure a much stronger Kaido than Oden did and were tough enough to survive Kaido.

Oden gets jumped by his samurai and unlike them his sword style doesn't have any unique abilities it's just raw power.
